Happy Birthday Baby Boy!

Wow, it's been a WHOLE year!!! Time has gone by too fast! Gunnar is ONE!! He is walking all over the place and defending his own. He is one strong little guy, and it comes in handy at times of self defense against his sister... who still loves him dearly!! (minus the hair pulling)

We were fortunate enough to make a trip to Boise to see the Fastabend family for the weekend. We had a birthday party there, combined with Uncle Garrett's. Aunt Shea had ordered a yummy birthday cake from Costco, and added Gunnar's name to it. Gunnar LOVED the cake! It was very delicious.

After all that yummy cake, Gunnar was in great need of a bath. We got the cake out of his eyes, nose, hair, belly button and toes.... Then onto presents!

Gunnar recieved clothes from Grandma and Grandpa, slippers and a book from Grandma Faith and toys from the Aunts and Uncles and cousins.

We celebrated Gunnar's first birthday with Grandma and Grandpa Fastabend, Grandma Faith, Greg and Jessica and their 4 kids, Garrett and Shea and their daughter, and Dan and Jen and their 3 children. We had a full house and a great time!
